Our Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be in their original, undamaged condition
Artwork must be returned in original packaging
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
